Is ElliQ right for me?
You may be eligible to join the ElliQ program if you: 1. Live at home or are transitioning to an in-home setting (Adult Family Home and Assisted Living residents aren’t eligible) 2. Are a Washington Medicaid recipient with a case manager 3. Open to receiving ongoing in-home services
Do I need to provide my billing information?
No. The ElliQ program is fully funded by the Washington State DSHS for eligible Medicaid recipients, so you don't need to provide any billing information or pay any fees.
What if I’m not eligible or no program is available in my area?
In case no eligible program is found, you will be added to the waiting list and you will be notified once a program becomes available in your area. Meanwhile, you’ll be redirected to our website where you can learn more about ElliQ and receive a special discount code to bring ElliQ home on your own.
What happens after I apply?
Your request is sent to the appropriate partner. They will contact you directly to guide you through the eligibility process.
What does ElliQ need?
Place your ElliQ device in the room where you spend most of your day, such as a living room or kitchen area. To make ElliQ comfortable in the chosen location in your home, her only requirements are power, Wi-Fi, and love!
How easy is the ElliQ setup?

Can I leave the program if ElliQ is not a good fit for me?
The ElliQ robot is provided to you at no cost on a lease basis. You’re expected to take care of it while it's with you. If you no longer wish to continue with the ElliQ program, please contact the ElliQ customer support team at (855) 888-1295 or your case manager, and we’ll arrange for a free pickup of the device. Keep in mind that ElliQ might be a better fit for someone else, so if you decide to leave the program, they’ll have the opportunity to enjoy her presence.
